About overseas shipping, basically we ship outside of Japan ONLY under certain conditions to corporate customers well experienced in nishikigoi and agreed our term and conditions  below.

・Payment is T/T before 30-60 days before the shipment
 (Further discussion is needed for detailed days)

・Provide a health certificate of nishikigoi if you need
・Introduce forwarders or brokers of Hiroshima side if you need

About warranty

・SELLER (Takeda koi farm including the breeder) MAKES NO WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE KOI SOLD BY TAKEDA KOI FARM, INCLUDING ANY (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE; WHETHER ARISING BY LAW, COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, USAGE OF TRADE OR OTHERWISE.”

・Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold Seller（Takeda koi farm including the breeder）harmless from and against any and all claims, loss, damages, liabilities (including settlements entered into in good faith), costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by Seller in connection with personal injury (including death) or damage to property caused by the koi sold by takeda koi farm.

However, as to a shipping arrangement, IF you have had many experiences importing koi from Japan and your supplier, which is a corporate customer at your country, becomes the importer and consignee of your cargo, give us your inquiry from our contact form in English or in Japanese. 
In that case, we may request you to give us more information for ex. the supplier’s name and so on to find out what we could do for you.
